(1) The linked/mini-deployed code runs on those platforms with .NET support, namely, the following platforms,

Microsoft Windows 2008 Server (All Editions)

Since .NET does not run on WIN95, therefore, the linked code does NOT run on WIN95. The target system does not need to have Microsoft .NET Framework installed.

(2) The Linker Tool itself runs on the following platforms,

The linker software itself does not support Windows 95. It was not tested on Windows 98 and Windows Me. Notice this does not affect your own code. It only means that you have to use our Linker and Mini-Deployment Tool on Windows XP/2000 and above to process your code. You can deploy the processed code to more platforms as described in (1) .
